Appraiser Information
Please complete the following two steps below in order to become a VanDyk Mortgage appraisal vendor.
STEP 1: You MUST have a vendor profile set up with Mercury. If you need to create a profile, please use the button below to register.
STEP 2: Once your vendor profile is completed, or if you already have a profile set up, please contact appraisals@vandykmortgage.com. Let us know the email address you used in Mercury so you can be added to our fee panel.
