You can utilize our platform 24 hours a day to update and track appraisal orders. Please verify that you have no security access restrictions on your end (pop-up blockers, etc.) This system is designed to be intuitive and simple to use, and we have included an informative user guide as an additional resource to help you get started: Vendor Manual under the Tools menu in your appraiser module.
If you experience any issues trying to login, please contact our software vendor at 877-693-8722 Option 3 or firstname.lastname@example.org and state that you are working with VanDyk Mortgage Corporation. You will then need to log in per the instructions above to provide us with the following required information as soon as possible, so that we can continue to engage your appraisal services:
1) Coverage Area
Once you've logged in, click “Set Up” and then “My Profile” to update your information.
To list the coverage areas you service (i.e. counties, states and zip codes), click the "Click here for Enhanced Coverage Area" link under the 'Coverage Area' header.
Click on the "Attach and View Documents" link under the “Documents” header, and provide us with all of the following required documents:
Copies of certificates and/or licenses for each appraiser within the company who will be doing appraisal work for VanDyk Mortgage Corporation.
Proof of Errors and Omissions insurance.
Completed W-9 Tax Form
Completed and Signed VanDyk Mortgage Vendor Agreement. Download PDF Here.
