VanDyk Mortgage Corporation places great value on having good relationships with its vendors and service providers. As such, we require certain information and documentation before we will establish a new relationship. This website will take you through the application process in what we hope is a painless process. Please take note of the following:

1. You must first fill out the "Vendor Profile" page. Once this page is completed, you will be e-mailed a user name and password.

2. Once you have received your username and password you must go to link to upload the required documentation. Your status with VanDyk shall remain unapproved until all appropriate documents are uploaded and accepted by VanDyk. The documents you will need are:

• Applicable Licenses
• E&O (declarations page and additional covered persons endorsement if applicable)
• Completed W-9 (get your W-9 here)
• Sample FHA Appraisal

• Executed “Appraisal Company Agreement” (upload under "signature")(download your copy here)

. The online application contains Required Fields. If the information asked for in these required fields is not entered, the application will not be accepted. As always, questions concerning appraiser approval may be sent to ckern@vandykmortgage.com
4. We are currently only accepting appraisers that are CERTIFIED.  If you are not currently certified, you will be placed on the inactive roster until documentation is provided showing "Certified Residential" or "Certified General".
